ScreenEye
The pulp stream in the blow line is a tough mixture of chemicals and pulp. Therefore the unique ScreenEye module is a recommended add-on to the KappaEye module. ScreenEye is installed close to the sampling point in the blow line. It is a two-stage screening unit with consecutive washing of the pulp sample before it is passed on to the KappaEye analyser.
Benefits:
- Creates a robust blow line sampling.
- Reduced cleaning and maintenance required for the PulpEye analyser as all black liquor and wood particles are removed.
