DotEye is an online pulp dirt counting and classification analyser module measuring small impurities in pulp suspensions. An advanced vision system scans the whole pulp sample and any impurities are registered. It is installed in several pulp mills, thus making control of spots more accurate and efficient.
This technology has been developed for detection and counting of dark spots and dirt in white powder process streams. Impurities in powder products are problems that need to be solved in order to avoid rejections or customer claims.
Variations in the end product’s moisture content is always an issue in production. The Powder Moisture analyser allows better control and a more even moisture content in the end product.
