In cases where a registered person is our contractual partner also business related information and information necessary to manage payments are treated. In certain cases information about customer and/or supplier segment is included.

We collect personal data given to us by the registered person on a voluntary basis. This can be done by contacts via meetings, e-mail and telephone as well as in other ways.

Purpose, legal basis and retention period

We collect personal data to send you mailings and invitations as well as contact details regarding different products. PulpEye retains personal data only as long as it is necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Please note that PulpEye can be under a legal or contractual obligation to retain personal data for longer periods. PulpEye does not share your personal data with any other company or organisation. 

Your rights

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you and may request a copy. You are also entitled to have incorrect personal data corrected and request us to delete your personal data. In certain situations you can also object to personal data processing. You have the right to demand that personal data supplied to us are removed or deleted.
